Sen. Yaw’s TV Report: Senator Yaw Visits Sun Area Technical Institute

HARRISBURG – This month’s ‘Conversation with Senator Gene Yaw’ highlights Sun Area Technical Institute, a career and technical school located in New Berlin, Union County.  Sun-Tech provides world-class hands-on education for 18 high-demand careers to both high school juniors and seniors, as well as adult learners.

“Sun-Tech is offering students in my Senate District a remarkable opportunity to develop skills and a strong academic foundation for a prosperous future,” Sen. Yaw said.  “Under the leadership of Administrative Director Jennifer Hain, the high level of hands-on learning is propelling these students into a multitude of high demand careers locally for local based employers and nationwide.  I was amazed at the types of programs offered and the knowledge and skills displayed during our visit.”
