• Senate Bill 1141 (McIlhinney) | Bill Summary - Amends the Manufactured Housing Improvement Act to grant the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) authority to develop guidelines for the re-installation of manufactured homes.
  • Amendment A05859 (Yaw) | Bill Summary - Adds "design specification" for which DCED may establish minimum requirements to ensure safety; Exempts an installer from seeking certification from DCED for the re-installation of a manufactured home.
  • Senate Bill 1174 (Yaw) | Bill Summary - Amends the Housing Authorities Law to authorize the appointment of all housing authority board members in cities of the first class by the mayor of that city; increases the number of board members from five to nine members; and whose terms will serve concurrent with the term of the appointing mayor.
