Chairman John Pippy, Senator Gene Yaw announce Senate Majority Policy Committee hearing in Williamsport.
Harrisburg — The Senate Majority Policy Committee will hold a public hearing Thursday in Williamsport on issues surrounding the Marcellus Shale gas reserves, Chairman John Pippy (R-37) and Senator Gene Yaw (R-23) announced today.
The hearing will be held Thursday, April 9th beginning at 10 a.m. on the campus of Pennsylvania College of Technology located at One College Avenue, Williamsport.
The committee will hear from local government officials, industry representatives, environmental organizations and others.
