Senate Bill 1155 (Scarnati) | Analysis – Amends the Surface Mining Conservation and Reclamation Act to create an Aggregate Advisory Board.

Senate Bill 1236 (Yaw) | Analysis – Amends the Oil and Gas Lease Act to authorize a royalty interest owner an opportunity for an audit of post-production costs from a lessee to verify proper payments.
Amendment (Yaw) | Analysis
Senate Bill 1237 (Yaw) | Analysis – Creates the Natural Gas Lease Anti-Retaliation Act to prohibit a lessee from retaliating against a lessor for publicly questioning a royalty payment
Amendment (Yaw) | Analysis
Senate Bill 1238 (Yaw) | Analysis – Creates the Oil and Gas Lease Satisfaction Act to require a lessee to file a satisfaction document with the county recorder of deeds office within 30 days after the lease has expired.

Senate Bill 1254 (Yudichak) | Analysis – Changes the definition of “lead free” in the Plumbing System Lead Ban and Notification System Act, which will further reduce the amount of lead in plumbing fixtures and reduce exposure to lead in tap water.
