Senate Bill 334 (Fontana) Amends the act of April 8, 1949 (P.L.418, No.58) to authorize a municipality or municipal authority may use public funds for the improvement, extension, repair or rehabilitation of private lateral sewer lines connected to sewage disposal systems.
Senate Bill 639 (Fontana) Amends the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority Act to allow municipalities or municipal authorities to include private lateral rehabilitation or replacement in PennVEST funding applications.
Senate Bill 692 (Blake) Amends the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act to increase the charge a local agency may charge from $25 to $100.
House Bill 290 (Metzgar) Amends the Storage Tank and Spill Prevention Act to reallocate board appointments and make changes to the makeup of the board.
