HARRISBURG – The Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee will convene on Tuesday, October 24th at 10a.m. to consider the following bills:
- Senate Bill 265 (Sen. Laughlin) – Amends the Sewage Facilities Act to allow garage floor drains to be discharged to a treatment tank of an on-lot sewage system.
- House Bill 1246 (Rep. Malagari) – Sets the minimum operating temperature of crematoriums at 1600º F. All other regulations pertaining to the operation of animal and human crematory incinerators would be carried over into this statute.
The meeting will be held in room 461 of the State Capitol.
