More than 200 students from 18 schools in Bradford, Lycoming, Sullivan, Tioga, and Union Counties converged on Pennsylvania College of Technology’s campus on March 7th to participate in the Student Government Seminar hosted by Sen. Gene Yaw (R-23), who also serves as chairman of the Penn College Board of Directors.
