The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee considered the bill today and passed it onto the full House of Representatives, where it is now poised for a vote .

“I am pleased by this action, and I am grateful to House Chairman Bud George for allowing this bill to come to the full House for its consideration,” Yaw said.
