WHAT: Monthly Susquehanna Valley Conservatives Public Meeting

WHEN: Monday April 11, 2016 at 7:00 PM

WHERE: Baylor Conference Room – Best Western Country Cupboard Inn – north of Lewisburg along Route 15

State Senator Gene Yaw and Union County Commissioner Preston Boop will outline the seriousness and magnitude of the heroin epidemic here in central Pennsylvania. Both these men have extensive experience dealing with the wreckage and devastation heroin addiction leaves in its wake.

Plan to attend. If you have children or grandchildren you will want to be informed about this killer.

NOTE: This meeting is Part 1 of Susquehanna Valley Conservatives effort to raise public awareness on the heroin epidemic. Planning is in progress to host a much more comprehensive forum that will involve health care professionals, public education leaders, law enforcement and government officials, as well as others who are affected by this scourge. The forum will take place late this summer or in the early fall.
