The Center for Rural Pennsylvania’s Board of Directors will release a report on the housing boom that occurred in rural Pennsylvania counties during the COVID-19 pandemic. The report presents the results of an analysis of residential property transfer data in Pennsylvania counties from 2019 to 2020, and an in-depth look at residential property transfers in five case study counties: Monroe, Pike, Wayne, Susquehanna, and Somerset.
