“Today, the Pennsylvania Senate unanimously approved House Bill 1031, sponsored by Rep. Joe Hamm (R-84), to name a new boat launch access in Muncy, Lycoming County, the ‘Representative Garth Everett Muncy Access Area.’ Garth was a friend, colleague, and fierce advocate for the 84th District. Before his passing, he was instrumental in making the Muncy Boat Access project a reality. I am honored to support this legislation to ensure that his legacy will carry on and I thank my colleagues for their support.”
