HARRISBURG – The Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee will convene on Tuesday, December 12 at 12:00 p.m., according to Committee Chairman Sen. Gene Yaw (R-23). The committee will consider the Governor’s nominations of Paul Bruder and Maryanne Wesdock to the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board, as well as the following bill:
- Senate Bill 832 – This legislation establishes the Independent Energy Office (IEO) within the Commonwealth.
- A03242 – Allows IEO access to information requested from other state entities.
The meeting will be held in room 8 E-A Main Capitol.
