Senator Yaw’s Statement on HB2025 Veto by Governor Wolf

I am dismayed that the governor can ignore the decisions of three hand-picked DEP advisory committees and both houses of the legislature, which represent the people of Pennsylvania, and propose to go forward with an agreement clearly detrimental to Pennsylvania’s interests.
