Senate Bill 214 (Yaw) | Bill Analysis – Creates the Natural Gas Consumer Access Act to require distribution system extension and expansion plans to increase natural gas usage in Pennsylvania.                                                                      

Senate Bill 289 (Fontana) | Bill Analysis – Amends the act of April 8, 1949 (P.L.418, No.58) to authorize a governmental unit to use public funds for the improvement, extension, repair or rehabilitation of private lateral sewer lines connected to public sewer systems, where the government unit determines that those activities will benefit the public sewer system.

Senate Bill 307 (Yudichak) | Bill Analysis Amends the Administrative Code of 1929 by requiring DEP to appoint a counsel to the Environmental Quality Board (EQB), who shall also serve as independent counsel to members of the EQB.
