- Robert Full (confirmed), Chief Deputy Director, Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, as well as Honorable Scott Martin (confirmed), Lancaster County Commissioner, and Mr. Randy Gockley (confirmed), Director of Lancaster County’s Emergency Management Agency, will offer testimony on how the state and local governments, respectively, will address a potential derailment
Energy Perspectives: 10:55am-11:15am
