Yaw Announces $250,000 for Crary Hose Company Construction Project
Sen. Gene Yaw (R-23) recently joined members of the Crary Hose Company to celebrate $250,000 in state funding awarded through the Department of Community and Economic Development’s Keystone Communities Program. Yaw: Interstate 180 Corridor Designated as Kenneth C. Larson Jr. Memorial Highway
A sign unveiling ceremony held recently in Williamsport officially designated a portion of Interstate 180 in Lycoming County as the Kenneth C. Larson, Jr. Memorial Highway, according to Sen. Gene Yaw (R-23). Yaw sponsored legislation to rename the highway in honor of the late veteran and engineer’s decades of service to Pennsylvania’s regional development and transportation infrastructure. [Read More]

About Gene Yaw
In his free time, Sen. Yaw enjoys boating and spending time outdoors. On summer weekends, he can be found at the lake surrounded by family and friends. Sen. Yaw has coached Little League and coached and refereed for the American Youth Soccer Organization. He is a member of the NRA, Ducks Unlimited, and the Nittany Lion Club. Sen. Yaw and his wife, Ann S. Pepperman, Esq., reside in Loyalsock Township with their dog, Kipper. He is the proud dad of two children, Scott and Mackenzie, and the proud grandpa of four grandchildren.
