Yaw Bill Targets Outdated Oil and Gas Law to Speed Utica Drilling
A new bill aimed at updating Pennsylvania’s Oil and Gas Conservation Law to match today’s drilling practices and speed up permit reviews for Utica wells will soon be introduced, according to Sen. About Gene Yaw
In his free time, Sen. Yaw enjoys boating and spending time outdoors. On summer weekends, he can be found at the lake surrounded by family and friends. Sen. Yaw has coached Little League and coached and refereed for the American Youth Soccer Organization. He is a member of the NRA, Ducks Unlimited, and the Nittany Lion Club. Sen. Yaw and his wife, Ann S. Pepperman, Esq., reside in Loyalsock Township with their dog, Kipper. He is the proud dad of two children, Scott and Mackenzie, and the proud grandpa of four grandchildren.
